Bearish   ↔   Bullish

80% Confidence

Bullish Case: Helium's price-density mass clusters at 105-110 with a distinct probability node at 110 (0.1187), and Helium AI sees +2.75% upside. Call IVs are cheap (Dec 110C ~17.6%, Mar 2027 110C ~16.7%), bullish risk runs 19% above bearish, and data-center-driven demand growth (nine new gas plants, Labadie extension to 2042) supports load-factor and earnings growth if the Missouri PSC approves the pending rate case.

Bearish Case: Price has slid from 111 to 106 — my prior 109-114 base case failed. Backwardated term structure, put volume exceeding calls 9%, and fattened downside wings (Dec 100P 22.2%, Mar 95P 24.2%) show hedging pressure. Sierra Club protests raise political risk to the rate increase and IRP; an adverse PSC ruling or affordability-driven rate haircut could push toward the 100-104 density nodes.

Potential Outcomes:
  1. 32%: Drift 105-109 into year-end; Helium/market densities both peak at 105 with thin 110+ mass.
  2. 22%: PSC rate-order approval + data-center contract news lifts to 110-114 (calls IV-compress, per Helium 110-node).
  3. 24%: Regulatory/political friction (IRP pushback, affordability pressure) drives 100-104; Dec 100P hedging active.
  4. 14%: Broader utility/rate selloff to 95-99 (SPY downside wing steepening, Mar 95P 24.2% IV).
  5. 8%: Whipsaw around Nov 20 and Q4 earnings; vol spikes either direction.
