(“Fluence”) (NASDAQ: FLNC), a leading global pure-play provider of energy storage products and services as well as digital applications for renewables and storage, announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 18,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain controlling stockholders of Fluence. Fluence is not selling any of its shares of Class A common stock in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the existing stockholders.
