In her new role, Ortega-Calle will provide executive leadership for the Sales & Marketing team, determine the property's strategic direction and drive brand awareness through Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media. Touting almost two decades of hospitality experience in New York City, Ortega-Calle has expert knowledge of Manhattan's competitive hotel landscape. She arrives to NoMo SoHo from Le Méridien New York, Central Park where she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing, helping to rebrand the property from the Viceroy Central Park.
