However, security, explainability, robustness, and performance optimization challenges remain critical barriers to widespread adoption in clinical environments. This research presents an innovative algorithmic method using the Adaptive Feature Evaluator (AFE) algorithm to improve feature selection in healthcare datasets and overcome problems.
